Upon arrival, guests will find a covered 4-car parking area beneath the villa, with

elegant steps leading to the entrance. The main room is expansive and airconditioned,

featuring a contemporary open kitchen with a white Corian island

and a large round dining table that comfortably accommodates 16 guests. A chef’s

kitchen is also available for culinary enthusiasts. The spacious living room includes

three large sofas, perfect for relaxation, watching TV, or engaging in

conversations. Floor-to-ceiling bay windows offer breathtaking views of the pool,

terrace, and the ocean.

The villa features four master bedrooms, all similar in size and amenities, each

equipped with a European king-sized bed, his-and-hers closets, TV with Apple TV,

and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. One of the master bedrooms has a

unique feature—an openable shower to the outside. Additionally, there is a

sizeable children’s room with six twin beds arranged in a dormitory style,

complete with an ensuite bathroom, closets, and a TV. For staff or additional

guests, there is a sixth bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a

European king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy the beautiful views and refreshing breeze while either

relaxing or staying active. The 80-foot long heated pool is ideal for swimming laps,

and a gazebo at the pool’s end is equipped for yoga, boxing, and TRX workouts.

The deck area features comfortable, large loungers, shaded by palm trees.
