Book Villa Paradis – A Magnificent Beachfront Villa in Flamands

Spacious and constructed over three levels, there are six en suite bedrooms and two elevators that make it extra-easy to enjoy all the special features. In addition to the living room, dining area and kitchen, there’s a home cinema and guests can take care of business in the villa’s office featuring a printer, scanner and full bath. Guest baths are conveniently located. A long, heated infinity pool is the focal point of the ample outdoor living space. A Jacuzzi makes it even nicer. If you can take your eyes off the vista, the courtyard is set up with a retractable screen for al fresco movies. What a delightful way to spend an evening! The villa’s lower level encompasses a well-equipped gym, a full bath, hammam, sauna, and a private massage room. In-villa massages and personal training can be arranged as per guests’ request. A professional kitchen here has a dumbwaiter to transfer prepared food up to the main level, and private chef services are included.

The six beautifully – and soothingly decorated bedrooms all have king beds and en suite baths – some with bathtubs. There are two identical guest bedrooms on the lower level with direct beach access and one on the main level. The master suite with a living area, terrace, and his-and-her baths, is on the upper level overlooking the pool and out to the water; two identical bedrooms are also on this level. There’s a Sonos sound system throughout and TVs (including in the bedrooms) have U.S. and French satellite service and Apple TV. Russian satellite service is available in the living room and master bedroom

Villa Paradis also benefits from state-of-the-art audio visual technology and comprehensive security systems including a ten day power and utility backup. All systems are controllable by wireless tablet interface from within the property and remotely. (Staff bunk rooms with bath are in a private section on the lower level and away from the guests.)
