Book Villa Gertrude – A Contemporary Villa in the Heart of Gustavia

Situated on the opposite side of the harbor, just below the fort with the Gendarmerie, Villa Gerdtrude is walking distance from shops and restaurants, as well as Shell beach. Guests can enjoy all the activity during the high season, when the harbor is filled with yachts, but the villa offers plenty of privacy. The generous terrace that wraps around the villa offers ample seating and shade, making it the perfect spot to sip on a drink after a long day at the beach. A separate area out in the full sun is half a level below, with an inviting pool, loungers and a daybed.

The main room is in the center of the property. Two couches are the perfect spot to converse or watch a movie on the large TV, while keeping an eye on the hustling and bustling in Gustavia. A large dining table separates this space from the fully-equipped and functional kitchen. There is also a guest bathroom off the living room.

The master bedroom is situated behind the kitchen. It has a queen-sized bed, U.S. satellite, AppleTV, his-and-hers closets, and bathroom with shower. Two additional rooms are situated on the opposite side of the house. These rooms are separated by a shared bathroom and dressing room and are ideal for parents with children. The corner bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the other bedroom has two twin beds, that can be made up as a king. Both rooms have U.S. satellite and AppleTV.

The fourth bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow above the main property. This bungalow can be accessed either from the garden, or from the end of the main road, at the entrance of the gendarmerie and has separate parking. This spacious bungalow fully benefits from the views and has a private terrace with loungers, a kitchenette, a large dressing room and bathroom with outdoor shower. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and also a separate single bed, making it perfect for a nanny, teenagers or parents with a child.
