Villa Dante is a contemporary 6-bedroom villa located in Saline within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This 16,000 sq.ft. hillside villa overlooks the ocean towards thesouth and tropical green hills to the east.The main floor features a master bedroom, a large living room, and 2 well-equipped kitchens (1 of which is air-conditioned). The spacious living room has wide and long sectional sofas and opens to an outdoor dining area. A high bar separates 1 kitchen from the indoor dining room, which seats 12 guests. Adjacent to the dining room is an outdoor patio with a unique beanbag seating area for 8 guests.
The master bedroom on the main floor has a super king-size bed, anensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, and an ocean view. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and views of the hillside and ocean beyond.Two guesthouses are located down a short, curved stone staircase from the main building. The first guesthouse features a large, outdoor living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large bedroom with a king-size bed and adjacent bathroom.
The second guesthouse offers a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom, and a coveredterrace that opens to a tropical garden.A game room and well-equipped gym complete the lower level. Located outside is a large tropical garden covering 2 acres with bougainvillea, coconut trees, and more. Spacious wooden and grass decks with loungers surround the villa’s 2 long heated lap pools. The house also has WiFi, a wine cellar, a gas grill, and French satellite TV.
