Book Villa Amara – A Traditional Cycladic Villa in Paros

Villa Amara was built in 2014 in the traditional Cycladic architectural style and it is located an 8-

minute drive from the beautiful Golden Beach. The villa has an unmatched view of the Aegean

Sea and the nearby seashore, as well as its own private swimming pool. This 216-sq. m.

residence is a 2-storey structure surrounded by a verdant walled-in garden filled with fragrant

flowers and trees.

The villa is fully and tastefully furnished and consists of 4 spacious bedrooms with private

bathrooms. Its elegant layout is ingeniously designed to accommodate guests in the most

convenient way.

The ground floor consists of a beamed living room with a fireplace, a comfortable couch and a

flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped while the separate dining room has an impressive

wooden table. On this floor, there are two double bedrooms with a wide-angle view, which

include ceiling fans as well as air-conditioning; both have en-suite bathrooms. The house’s

flooring is made of luminous white marble from the island of Naxos.

A marble indoor staircase leads to the lower level, where the two more en-suite bedrooms are

located. They both have double beds, plenty of space, including ceiling fans and air-conditioning

units. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the villa’s surroundings through private exits,

allowing the tenants to enjoy immediate access to the garden and swimming pool.

The swimming pool of 7x4m also offers a jet system that provides a reverse swimming function.

Comfortable sunbeds with cozy pillows complete the swimming pool area.

The house has a spacious outdoor seating area, covered by a pergola with a large dining table

that seats up to 10 people as well as a separate BBQ area. There is also a second pergolashaded

seating area with comfortable couches that have an incomparable view to the Aegean

Sea which is a tranquil setting for families and friends.
