Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower- Paramount

Miami Worldcenter is very close to launch sales of its signature residential tower, Paramount.

New condo towers will be an integral part of the overall plans for the recently approved Miami Worldcenter mixed-use complex slated to be developed on 27 acres of vacant land located west of Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami.

This upcoming mixed-use highrise residential condominium will rise 59 stories. One of the largest urban mixed-use developments in the Unites States will future Marriot Marquis Hotel, Convention Center, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and many other exciting restaurants and entertainment.
According to exMiami, the project is being developed by Daniel Kodsi of Royal Palm Communities along with Worldcenter’s Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani. Kodsi built Paramount Bay in Miami and had plans to build Paramount Park at 700 Biscayne Boulevard. That lot was later bought by Chateau Group.
The Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower will include 466 residential units in a 749-foot tower.
