Locals Only

Set in the bustling square of Plaza del Parque in Ibiza town and open for coffee, lunch, dinner and cocktails, brunch at weekends, this hip restaurant and wine bar is a perfect combination of style, sophistication and sustainability.

Owned by a former New Yorker and executive chef for the Cipriani group, Tito Piazza, Locals Only opened in 2014 and has been a very happening local spot ever since.

IT Ibiza

Located in Marina Botafoch, IT Ibiza features excellent Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. With some impressive views of the sea and Dalt Vila As a backdrop, the guests at IT Ibiza can enjoy incredible musical sessions by DJs from all over the world.  Also, running into some real stars is quite a usual occurrence at IT. 

The restaurant is open all year round, except between January and March.

Fish Shack

Nestled on the iconic Talamanca rocks, this truly authentic restaurant is a local favorite and a hidden gem for tourists who come to enjoy simply cooked fresh fish and the breathtaking bay views.

Fish shuck is open for lunch and accepts cash only.

Cala Bonita

Set up as a beautiful palm-shaded chiringuito, Cala Bonita is a true combination of elegance, island living, and local dining.  The restaurant’s menu created by its talented chef Pau Barba is a true masterpiece of Mediterranean flavors. Barba’s contemporary techniques blended with traditional cooking offer their guests an abundance of deliciousness. 

Cala Bonita is open for lunch Monday through Friday during the summer season. 

Es Xarcu

Es Xarcu features fresh fish and seafood from Ibiza, that stand out for their excellent quality. With the chef’s Simple cooking method combined with the local culinary traditions, the guests can enjoy truly local and authentic cuisine. 

Es Xarcu is open from Easter to late summer. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by phone.

Despite its casual location, Es Torrent offers its guests a true culinary experience with an all-day menu including local tapas, selections of lamb and chicken but mostly seafood specialties like a mixed fish grill, noodle paella with daily catch, black rice and lobster dishes along with an extensive wine list. 

Can Domo

Can Domo is a 17th-century farmhouse, that has been converted into an agrotourism hotel with its own organic olive oil production and a restaurant. Located between Santa Eulària and Ibiza, this hidden gem is surrounded by nature and offers gourmet Mediterranean cuisine based on the market availability of the highest-quality ingredients. From the menu specialties, the items worth mentioning are the roast suckling pig, locally caught fish, their amazing rice dishes and desserts made by French pastry chef.

Ses Roques
